Other matters related to this department. Article 3 The deputies of the departmental meeting of this department shall be composed of all full-time teachers, staff and technical personnel. Article 4 Student representatives and other relevant personnel may be invited to attend the departmental affairs meeting of the department. The student representative is composed of the following persons: 1. One representative for each of the bachelor's class, master's class, and master's in-service special class. 2. Method of generating student representatives: Bachelor's class: by the president of the department or relevant student representatives. Master's class or master's in-service special class: attended by elected representatives. Article 5 The ex-officio representatives of the departmental meeting have the right to vote and to stand for election, except that they have no right to be elected during the academic year when they are seconded or abroad for more than six months. Article 6 The departmental meeting shall be convened by the dean of the department at least once every semester; if there are major reasons, more than one-third of the representatives present at this meeting may convene an interim meeting. The dean shall be ten days from the date of receipt of the joint signature. Held within five days. Article 7 The departmental affairs meeting is chaired by the department head. If the chairperson is unable to attend, the representative may elect one person from among the ex officio representatives as the chairperson. The acting chairperson should have a higher rank than most other participants. Article 8 When the departmental affairs meeting is in session, the department head may invite relevant personnel of the school to attend the report or explain according to the facts. Article 9 The administrative staff and student representatives of this department shall make or amend the rules and regulations concerning the appointment and promotion of teachers’ rights and interests. Decisions, proposals for the establishment, change or suspension of research institutes and affiliated institutions, as well as the selection of scholarships and scholarships, only have the right to speak, without the right to vote. Article 10 Matters not specified in this method shall be handled in accordance with the relevant provisions of the school. Article 5 In principle, the association will hold a meeting every semester, and temporary meetings may be held when necessary. Article 9 When discussing matters concerning the appraisal of the meeting with their own, spouse, and third relatives, the members of the committee shall ask for refusal, and shall not be counted in the number of members who should be present. Article 11 If applicants have objections to the resolutions of this association, they may follow the rules and other relevant regulations set up by the teacher review committee of this institute.
